How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website or message us on Instagram at @partylantis. Select your items, customize (if applicable), and complete the payment to confirm your order.

Is full payment required while placing an order?

Yes, full payment is required at the time of placing the order. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

What if my payment fails but the amount is deducted?

In case your amount is debited but the order isn’t confirmed, please email us at celebrate@partylantis.com with a screenshot of the transaction. We’ll verify and assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! We offer customization options for select products. You can add names, themes, messages, and more depending on the product. Custom orders may take longer to process.

How long does delivery take?

Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this window, changes may not be possible due to production timelines.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No. Due to the nature of our products (customized and perishable), we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy. If there’s a genuine issue like a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
